Key technical contributor for the ENTSO-E Election Tool, a governance-critical platform supporting association elections for 40 TSO members, where representatives and substitutes vote for Assembly, Board, and Committee positions.

• Deliver frontend and backend improvements for enterprise applications, including Governance & Voting Tool deployment improvements, application enhancements, and Jira-based implementation coordination with external partners.
• Manage and support around 15 on-premises applications/services, covering operational support, deployment coordination, documentation, platform governance, and stakeholder communication.
• Reduced deployment execution time by 20% and eliminated 100% of manual UAT deployment activities by improving GitLab CI/CD deployment workflows.
• Enabled self-service production deployments through GitLab CI/CD, removing cross-team deployment dependency and reducing deployment lead time caused by waiting for DevOps availability.
• Prepare and coordinate security and compliance documentation covering Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, MFA, OpenID Connect configuration, authentication flows, redirect URIs, access control, and threat-modeling inputs.
• Administer and support engineering platforms including GitLab, Jira/Atlassian, and Netlify, while coordinating vendor discussions around platform updates, licensing, contract amendments, and service enablement.
