• Owned the program end-to-end: Jira project setup, GitLab repository setup and governance, system architecture and design, application development, unit testing, and deployment/release.
• Handled election configuration, user onboarding, and proxy management, and supported business operational readiness ahead of live election runs.
• Coordinated threat modeling and penetration testing for the platform given its role in electing TSO association leadership.

GitLab Platform Administration — day-to-day platform owner for ENTSO-E's GitLab instance, used across multiple development teams and external vendors.

• Own user lifecycle management, repository governance, runner administration, and access management.
• Led runner strategy work spanning AWS-hosted runners and Azure Container Registry integration, and CI/CD scaling discussions as usage grew across teams.
• Participate in platform security reviews, integration assessments, and Change Advisory Board governance for platform changes.

CI/CD Modernization — redesigned deployment tooling to cut manual steps and reduce reliance on DevOps availability.

• Rebuilt GitLab CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Ansible, and Azure Container Apps/Registry, reducing deployment execution time by 20% and eliminating 100% of manual UAT deployment activities.
• Enabled self-service production deployments, removing cross-team dependency and the deployment lead time caused by waiting on DevOps.
